Unless some other means of transportation has been agreed, goods are sent by post. Give your mobile number when you order and the Post Office will send you a delivery advice by SMS instead of by post.
Ordered consignments that are not collected are charged at actual cost of delivery and return. It is the customer’s responsibility upon receipt to check carefully for transportation damage. Any damage must be reported immediately to the transport company and to Häggs.
Damage to goods where there is no visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the transport company within 7 days. Otherwise no compensation will be paid.
